Turnaround Time
Most made-to-order items are completed within 5–7 business days. Larger orders, highly customized orders, and specialty items may require additional time. Turnaround begins after payment and all required artwork/order details are received.
Rush Orders
Orders needed within 5 business days are considered rush orders and may require an additional rush fee. Rush availability is not guaranteed and should be confirmed before ordering.
Shipping
Orders that require shipping will receive tracking information once shipped. Shipping/transit time is separate from production turnaround time.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for NYC customers when offered at checkout or arranged for an eligible order. Customers will be contacted when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive confirmation.
Custom Orders
Turnaround for custom or bulk orders may vary depending on quantity, materials, design requirements, and current order volume.
